Key Responsibilities
Coaching and Development: Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, listen to live or recorded calls, and provide actionable feedback.
Performance Management: Track metrics like average handle time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction goals.
Escalation Handling: Take over difficult customer calls or resolve complex complaints that agents cannot fix.
Reporting: Create performance reports and communicate upper-management goals down to the frontline staff.
Sales Target: Meeting team target monthly/week/daily.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
