Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing the production of windows, doors, and other fenestration products.
Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and business objectives. Implement processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Ensure that products meet quality and safety standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and optimize storage space.
