Position: UX Designer

Job Description
Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs, meeting assigned estimates for each feature.
Resolve design problems and devise elegant, practical, and effective solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and current, functions and features.
Provide guidance on user experience best practices and future direction.
Clearly and effectively communicates design processes, ideas, and solutions to team members and stakeholders.
Take ownership of feature design, styling, interactions, and approach.




Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain a framework that fits with the Lone Oak Solutions development and research processes.
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.

Requirements
An ability to solve complex problems, communicate clearly, and share a sense of urgency.
The capacity to thrive in a small, adaptable and dynamic workplace, contributing to a high performance, low-stress corporate culture.
Minimum 1 year of UX design experience.
Expertise in standard UX software such as AdobeXD, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and/or Framer.
