Responsibilities – Hairstylist
Perform haircuts, hair styling, blow-dry and basic hair treatments.
Provide hair colouring, highlighting and other salon services as per customer requirements.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the salon and work station.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Handle salon products and equipment safely and responsibly.
Support sales through product recommendations and service upselling.

Responsibilities – Beautician
Provide beauty services such as facials, threading, waxing, cleanup and basic skin-care services.
Provide qualified grooming and beauty consultations based on customer requirements.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of beauty equipment and work areas.
Ensure a comfortable and positive customer experience.
Recommend suitable beauty services and products to customers.
Follow salon standards, safety procedures and service protocols.
