About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Rust Developer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll design, build, and optimize backend services using Rust for real-world production applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain production-grade backend services in Rust
Design and optimize data models with SQL/NoSQL databases
Implement secure, scalable APIs and system integrations
Work with concurrency, async programming, and performance tuning
Debug and resolve complex backend issues in live systems
Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and DevOps teams
Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
