Job Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR and IP cameras.
Handle CAT6 cable laying, termination, crimping and testing.
Troubleshoot CCTV, networking, power and recording issues.
Configure IP addresses, routers, switches and remote viewing.
Attend customer complaints and breakdown/service calls.
Visit customer locations across Trichy and nearby areas.
Perform preventive maintenance and replace faulty CCTV equipment.
Prepare service reports and update work status.
Provide technical support and explain basic system operation to customers.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and field service.
Valuable knowledge of Analog & IP CCTV systems.
Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, routers and switches.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, ECE or related field preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence mandatory/preferred.
Willingness to travel for field service.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
