Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Consultant who can understand client requirements and recommend digital marketing solutions that can help businesses generate leads, improve visibility and grow online.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
Identify opportunities for digital marketing services.
Explain available services and campaign benefits in a simple manner.
Handle sales calls, enquiries and online meetings.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Handle client questions and sales objections.
Negotiate and close suitable business prospects.
Maintain sales pipeline and lead records.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements
1+ year relevant experience in digital marketing sales, BDE, inside sales, telesales or business development.
Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing and website services.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Positive and target-oriented approach.
