Job Summary:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to manage process quality, SOP development, documentation, and ISO-related audits.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
Monitor process compliance and identify gaps for improvement.
Conduct internal quality audits and support ISO audits.
Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure processes comply with applicable ISO standards and quality requirements.
Identify process deviations and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Work with different teams to improve process efficiency and quality.
Conduct periodic process reviews and prepare audit reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Process Quality / ISO / Quality Management.
Robust knowledge of SOP creation, process documentation, and auditing.
Practical experience with ISO standards and internal audits.
Good documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in implementing and improving quality management systems is preferred.
Work Mode: Fully Remote / WFH
Salary: ₹35,000–₹50,000 per month depending on experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
