Key Responsibilities
Operate CMM machines to perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies.
Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T; standards.
Program CMM machines using [specific software, e.g.,Calypso].
Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on the CMM equipment.
Identify and document deviations from specifications and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to address quality issues.
Maintain detailed records of inspection results and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CMM Operator (minimum 3 years).
Proficiency in programming CMM+CAD Programming.
Solid understanding of GD&T;, technical drawings, and blueprints.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team workplace.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
