Monitors the patient’s physical and emotional condition.
Provides psychological and emotional support to patients and families.
Helps patients maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Educates patients and caregivers about disease management and medications.
Communicates with doctors and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Supports patients and families during end-of-life care and bereavement.
Maintains accurate nursing records and follows ethical and skilled standards.
