Reponsibilities
Handling customer queries via calls, chat, email & WhatsApp.
Troubleshooting basic product/technical issues
Guiding customers on ERP/POS features
Managing tickets
Escalating complex issues
Follow up until resolution
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
