Manage Software: Maintain and optimize the company CRM platform to track daily customer interactions.
Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints, answer complex inquiries, and ensure rapid problem resolution.
Analyze Data: Track engagement metrics, segment customer lists, and report on retention trends.
Team Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align communication campaigns.
Train Staff: Guide internal teams on how to use CRM data effectively.
Pay: ₹10,981.59 - ₹40,000.00 per hour
