Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple clients across different industries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, campaign optimization, and performance marketing with a focus on delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
Develop effective campaign strategies for lead generation and sales.
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
Manage daily ad budgets and scale high-performing campaigns efficiently.
Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking when required.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and trends.





Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3+ years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
Robust knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multiple client ad accounts.
Experience with real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, or service-based businesses.
Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale profitable campaigns.
