We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive – IT & Non-IT with 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates .
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage multiple requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Experience in IT & Non-IT hiring preferred.
Robust sourcing, communication, and candidate-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
