We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Lithium Battery Manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day lithium battery pack production
Handle cell sorting, matching and pack assembly
Supervise spot/laser welding and busbar assembly
BMS installation, wiring and testing
Conduct battery charging, discharging and performance testing
Ensure production as per SOP, drawings and quality standards
Identify and troubleshoot production issues
Maintain daily production reports and records
Manage production manpower and achieve daily targets
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and R&D; teams
Maintain safety, 5S and discipline on the production floor

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or Production Engineering
1–3 years experience in lithium battery manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of LFP / NMC battery packs and BMS
Experience with welding, battery testing and pack assembly
Valuable knowledge of electrical safety and battery handling
Positive communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹8,902.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
