Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with the visa application process and provide explicit guidance throughout the journey.
Process visa applications and ensure timely submission of required documents to embassies.
Create and review cover letters and travel itineraries to meet embassy requirements.
Ensure error-free filling of online and offline visa application forms with precision and accuracy.
Liaise with embassies for updates, status checks, and specific requirements.
Prepare practical checklists and streamline internal processing workflows.
Keep track of visa guidelines and requirements for key destinations (e.g., Schengen, US, UK) as needed.
Manage and organize client documentation both physically and digitally, maintaining confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer support and explicit communication throughout the entire visa process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
