Health Assessment: Evaluate patient conditions, track recovery progress, and report sudden changes.
Team Coordination: Work with physicians, surgeons, and specialists to plan daily patient care.
Patient Education: Teach patients and their families how to manage illnesses and handle at-home recovery.

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A diploma, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSc Nursing / GNM).
Licensure: A valid, active nursing license (RN).
