An Operation Theatre (OT) technician is a vital healthcare skilled who manages the operating room and assists surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses before, during, and after surgeries.

Pre-Operative Responsibilities
Prepare the room: Set up the operating table, surgical lights, and monitors.
Sterilize tools: Clean and sterilize surgical instruments to prevent infections.
Check equipment: Ensure anesthesia machines, suction pumps, and other apparatus work correctly.
Manage supplies: Stock necessary items like gloves, drapes, and sutures.

Intra-Operative Responsibilities
Hand instruments: Pass sterile tools and supplies promptly to the surgical team.
Operate apparatus: Adjust lights and manage medical devices during the procedure.




Monitor vitals: Help track patient vital signs alongside the anesthesia team.
Maintain safety: Preserve the sterile field and keep the work area clean.

Post-Operative Responsibilities
Clean and explicit: Count instruments and dispose of medical waste safely.
Transfer patients: Help move patients securely to the recovery room.
Reset the OT: Disinfect the room and restock supplies for the next procedure.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
