Position: Assistant Production Manager
Department: Production
Location: Naigaon East, Maharashtra
Reporting To: Production Manager
CTC: As per last drawn salary (Maximum ₹5.00 LPA)

Job Purpose

To assist in managing and overseeing production activities, ensuring timely achievement of production targets while maintaining quality, productivity, safety, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor manpower utilization and productivity on the shop floor.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Planning departments.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and company policies.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
Train and guide production team members.

Educational Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering.

Experience




Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
Current or previous experience as Senior Production Engineer is mandatory.
Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred.

Compensation
Salary as per last drawn CTC.
Maximum budget: ₹5.00 LPA.

Immediate joiner or candidates with short notice period preferred.
Reliable employment history with demonstrated production achievements.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
