KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:-
Greet and assist customers with friendly and professionally approach.
Check and verify tickets and guide customers to their respective screens/seats.
Assist customers with queries related to shows, seating , food & beverages, and facilities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cinema premises, lobby, and auditoriums.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the supervisor.
Assist in food & beverage counters and ensure proper service to customers.
Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping ,F&B;, security and operations.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the guest's visit.

SKILLS REQUIRED:-
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in Shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Teamwork and Problem- solving skills.
Presentable personality and professional behaviour.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:-
12th pass/Graduate ;Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
