Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business development, acquire new clients and manage existing B2B/institutional customers. The candidate should have strong experience in sales, client handling, negotiation and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and acquire new B2B and institutional clients.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
Manage and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle client meetings, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify recent markets and business opportunities.
Monitor competitors, market trends and pricing.
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Accounts and QA/QC for smooth order execution.




Maintain sales pipeline, customer database and regular sales MIS.
Lead and support business development activities.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in Agriculture, Science, Business Management, Marketing or related field.
3–6 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
Experience in Fertilizer, Bio-Fertilizer, Agrochemical, Pesticide or related industry preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
Proven experience in new client acquisition and sales conversion.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
