Responsibilities:
Set and operate bending machines as per production requirements.
Set bending tools, dies, parameters, and machine settings.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and bending specifications.
Perform first-piece setting and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Select suitable tools and dies based on material and component requirements.
Identify and rectify bending-related issues during production.
Ensure quality and production targets are achieved.
Guide operators and support the team in day-to-day production activities.
Maintain proper machine settings and follow safety procedures.
