Job Summary

KIMS Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a dedicated and experienced Infection Control Nurse (ICN) to support the hospital's Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program and ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection-control protocols, and NABH standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and implement Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) practices across all hospital departments.
Conduct regular infection control rounds and surveillance in clinical and non-clinical areas.
Monitor hand hygiene compliance, PPE usage, biomedical waste management, sterilization and disinfection practices.
Monitor and report Hospital-Acquired Infections (HAIs) and maintain appropriate records.
Assist in infection surveillance, data collection, analysis and reporting.
Conduct regular audits related to infection control and prepare audit reports.
Monitor CSSD, OT, ICU, wards, OPD, laboratory and other high-risk areas for compliance with infection-control protocols.
