Role Overview

Own Shiksha Nation’s social media presence and help build its voice, community and digital brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & execute social media strategy
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook & other platforms
Create weekly/monthly content calendars
Develop Reels, carousels, posts, stories, memes, polls & short-form videos
Write captions, hooks, headlines, scripts & social copy
Build brand voice and recurring content formats
Manage community, comments, DMs & audience engagement
Track trends, creators, memes & cultural conversations
Analyse reach, engagement, watch time, retention, shares, saves & conversions
Support campaigns, influencer collaborations and founder-led initiatives

Ideal Candidate
3–5 years of social media experience
Strategic + creative thinker
Solid understanding of platform-specific content
Hands-on content execution
Data-driven approach to social media optimisation
Solid communication and trend awareness

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
