Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and assessments.
Evaluate students through examinations, projects, and presentations.
Develop and update the curriculum and course syllabi.
Mentor students for dissertations, internships, live projects, placements, and competitions.
Publish research papers and participate in FDPs, MDPs, workshops, and conferences.
Build industry partnerships for guest lectures, internships, and live projects.

Eligibility
MBA/PGDM in a relevant specialization.
Ph.D. preferred or pursuing Ph.D. is an added advantage.
3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience.
Prior MBA/PG teaching experience is preferred.





Required Skills
Solid subject knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in case-based and experiential teaching.
Proficiency in LMS platforms and Microsoft Office.
