B2B Campus is looking for a US Truck Dispatch Trainer who can use their industry experience to deliver practical, job-oriented training in US trucking and freight dispatching.
Role Includes:
Train students on US freight dispatching and daily trucking operations.
Demonstrate how to find suitable loads and handle load booking & negotiation.
Teach DAT, Truckstop, broker calls, carrier communication, and dispatch documentation.
Explain freight lanes, HOS, appointment scheduling, and shipment tracking.
Conduct practical exercises and mock calls to prepare candidates for real dispatch roles.
Support students in developing strong communication and negotiation skills.
Candidate Profile:
At least 1 year of experience in US Truck Dispatching / US Logistics.
Hands-on knowledge of load boards, rate negotiation, and carrier coordination.
Positive verbal communication and presentation abilities.
Prior experience in training or mentoring will be an added advantage.
