About The Role:

We are hiring energetic and sales-driven candidates for a Voice Sales Outbound Process in Airoli. This is a pure voice sales role with high earning potential through incentives. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
Pitch products/services and convert leads into sales
Handle customer objections confidently and close deals
Maintain daily calling targets and productivity standards
Update lead status and follow up with interested customers

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate
Communication: Excellent English communication skills mandatory
Experience: 6 months Minimum BPO experience with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.



Prior sales / telesales / BPO voice experience preferred
Must have strong sales orientation and convincing skills
Comfortable with target-driven sales environment
