Maintain accurate patient records, care plans, and nursing documentation.
Educate patients and family members about medication, nutrition, hygiene, and safety.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, caregivers, and other healthcare specialists.
Provide emotional support and promote dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life.
