Experience: 1–5 years in US Healthcare Operations / Voice Process
Age: Up to 35 years
Job Responsibilities:
Handle calls with US clinics, providers, and insurance companies.
Manage healthcare-related queries, authorizations, referrals, and insurance follow-ups.
Handle escalations and time-sensitive healthcare cases.
Work with payer portals and healthcare systems.
Maintain accurate records and follow process guidelines.
Required Skills:
Excellent English communication and comprehension.
Robust knowledge of US healthcare and insurance workflows.
Knowledge of Prior Authorization and Referrals.
Positive understanding of medical terminology.
