We are looking for an IT Recruiter with solid IT Recruitment & Staffing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring/manage active client requirements.

Existing client relationships / active client accounts
Strong LinkedIn network & connections
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT technologies & technical JDs
Strong candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment




Source & screen quality IT candidates
Manage client requirements & submissions
Maintain existing client relationships
Bring/manage client accounts & generate current requirements
Coordinate interviews, offers & joining
Achieve successful recruitment closures
Use LinkedIn, Job Portals & Boolean Search for sourcing

Preferred
IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
