We are looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring seamless administrative support to staff, management, and visitors. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering incoming calls, screening inquiries, and routing messages.
Manage, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations for senior leadership and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office support role (or equivalent customer-facing clerical experience).

Skills & Competencies
Software Proficiency: Robust expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
