Key Responsibilities

 Handle student inquiries through calls ; WhatsApp and understand their requirements.

 Explain JLPT courses, batches and course structure.

 Maintain assigned leads and updates in Google Sheets/CRM.

 Follow up with interested students and assist them through the enrollment journey.

 Coordinate demo classes, including timing confirmation, reminders and rescheduling.

 Collect and communicate relevant student/trainer feedback after demos.

 Assist with registrations, payments, batch allocation and joining information.

 Prepare/share updated batch details and posters when required.

 Handle basic queries related to JLPT, scholarships, SSW and studying in Japan, while

escalating anything requiring verification.

 Coordinate smoothly with students, trainers and management and submit basic daily/weekly

updates.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
