Requirements:
Hands-on experience in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, or similar marketplaces is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of lead generation, proposal writing, client acquisition, and project coordination.
Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and handle client interactions professionally throughout the project lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should be confident in understanding client requirements, conducting follow-ups, and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Basic understanding of IT services, web/mobile development projects, or digital solutions will be an added advantage.
Candidate should possess a proactive attitude, strong negotiation skills, and a result-oriented approach.
