We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser with a background in Home Textiles to manage and coordinate our e-commerce orders and made-to-order production process.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the production team after receiving customer orders
Plan and monitor production timelines for each order
Ensure products are made according to order specifications
Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and dispatch teams
Track order status from production to final dispatch
Ensure timely completion and delivery of customer orders
Handle production-related follow-ups and resolve delays

Requirements
Experience as a Merchandiser in the Home Textile industry
Valuable knowledge of home textile products and production processes
Robust coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and production schedules
Positive communication and organizational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
