Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses;
Desk both used and recent car deals;
Handle and resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally;
Assist in hiring, training and effectively leading sales associates and ensures all dealership policies are always followed;
Maintain inventory with a quick turn rate;
Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance;
Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers;
Help manage all other aspects of the sales department;
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas;
Perform high-quality, professional,



and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of current/used vehicles;
Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase;
Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot;
Explain product performance, application, and perks to prospects;
Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
