Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate Recovery/Collections
Role: Head Office / Backend
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer outstanding payments and recovery through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Follow up on overdue instalments and PTPs and achieve collection targets.
Manage ageing/outstanding accounts and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with Accounts, CRM, Sales and Legal teams.
Prepare regular collection/MIS reports, demand letters ,and escalate long-pending cases.
Requirements:
3+ years’ experience in Real Estate Recovery/Collections.
Solid communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented with positive customer-handling ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP.
Real-estate/builder experience preferred.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
