Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks and manage shift schedules for the kitchen support and stewarding team.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Monitor dishwashing, pot-scrubbing, and floor cleaning to meet health standards.
Equipment Maintenance: Check kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery condition, and report repair needs.
Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning chemicals, supplies, and waste disposal processes.
Department Coordination: Supply clean cutlery and dishware to chefs and service staff on time.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
