Job Title: Barista

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Café Manager / Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light refreshments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
Take customer orders accurately and process cash, card, or digital payments.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area.
Restock coffee, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies as needed.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.




Monitor inventory and inform the supervisor when supplies are running low.
Work effectively as part of a team during busy periods.
Requirements
Previous barista or café experience is preferred but not always required.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-making.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and customer-service mindset.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.

Salary: As per experience and company standards

Job Type: Full time / Part time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
