We are looking for a Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience to handle sales targets,team management,client relationships and business development.

Role :

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Handle negotiations, quotations, orders, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
Monitor territory-wise and salesperson-wise performance.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and management for smooth order execution.




Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify new markets and expand the company's customer base.
Train, guide, and evaluate sales team members.
Ensure achievement of sales revenue and collection targets.

Required Skills:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
