What We Are Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
Comfortable working with monthly hiring targets and deadlines
Solid sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals and other channels
Ability to independently screen, coordinate and follow up with candidates until joining
Excellent Advanced Excel skills – this is important for the role
Comfortable working with recruitment MIS, trackers, reports and data
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn HR Operations and HR Generalist responsibilities
