- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
- Manage file servers, shared folders, and access permissions.
- Monitor server health, storage utilization, and backups.
- Install,configure, and support Windows workstations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user-related issues.
