: Systems Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly technical, execution-focused Systems Administrator with 5 to

8 of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, networks, and IT

infrastructure.
- Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware and software

systems.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, email, and system

security.
- Monitor system performance, backups, antivirus, and data security.
- Troubleshoot technical, network, connectivity, and system-related issues.
- Maintain IT assets, software licenses, system documentation, and inventory.
- Perform system updates, patches, backups, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and

infrastructure maintenance.




- Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT

operations.

Required Experience

- Tooling & Infrastructure: Proficient with foundational modern tools—Bit Bucket

for version control, Docker for containerisation, automated CI/CD pipelines,

and hosting architectures within AWS/Cloud ecosystems.

- Hands On Experience in managing and addressing end user issues with

o MSP Products o Atlassian / Confluence/Jira
- Systems Core Knowledge: Good understanding of network security protocols,

caching strategies, and performance optimisation.
- Solid stakeholder management and client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (mandatory)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
