Role Description The SVP AI Solutions will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade GenAI solutions for BFSI clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This full-time, in office role in Bengaluru involves overseeing end-to-end solution development, from requirements gathering and architecture design to implementation, integration, and performance optimization.

The SVP will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, data science, sales, and client success to define use cases, prioritize features, and drive adoption of AI workflows for onboarding, claims, credit, and collections. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing senior technical leaders, guiding AI and analytics capabilities, engaging with clients and partners to understand needs,



and presenting solution roadmaps and outcomes to executive stakeholders. The role also includes establishing best practices for AI governance, data security, and model monitoring, while mentoring teams and contributing to organizational thought leadership in AI for BFSI.

What Are We Looking For?

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, system design, software architecture, and scalable cloud-native solutions.
- Expertise in Data Science and Analytics, with experience in building, deploying, and evaluating models that deliver measurable business impact.
- Applied experience in Pattern Recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in building workflow automation and document-centric AI solutions.
- Proven leadership in AI or technology organizations, with a track record of managing senior teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with or for BFSI institutions, with familiarity in onboarding, claims, credit, and collections processes and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to influence decisions at an executive level.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in AI product strategy, roadmap development, and partnering with sales and client-facing teams to drive adoption.
