We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst / Underwriter with a strong background in real estate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating real estate investment opportunities, performing in-depth financial analysis, and supporting the underwriting of acquisitions, developments, and asset management strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in financial modelling, market research, and due diligence within the commercial or residential real estate industry.



Build and maintain detailed financial models for real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions.

Assist in underwriting commercial or multifamily real estate investments across various asset types. Collaborate with internal teams (Acquisitions, Asset Management, Accounting) to support decision-making. Participate in due diligence, including reviewing leases, financials, and third-party reports.

Monitor the performance of existing assets and update financial models accordingly. Support senior leadership with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field (MBA or Master’s a plus). ~2–5 years of experience in real estate financial analysis or underwriting. ~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with advanced financial modeling skills. ~ Experience with Argus, CoStar, or other real estate tools is a plus.
