Job Title: Telecaller – Collection Executive (Voice Process) Company Name: Globiz Job Location: Swargate / Baner, Pune Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Collection Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over calls to remind them about pending payments, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Follow up with customers to collect outstanding dues. Explain payment details and available payment options. Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments. Achieve daily and monthly collection targets. Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls.





Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Basic English Basic computer knowledge.

Good negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Skills Required Excellent communication skills.
