Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead our procurement, inventory management, and logistics functions. This high-impact role is critical to ensuring that our supply chain remains lean, responsive, and aligned with the fast-moving demands of our AI and automation projects. The ideal candidate will manage local and international sourcing, optimize inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong vendor relationships, while ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

 Source components and materials for AI, IoT, and automation systems

 Identify and onboard reliable vendors (domestic and international)

 Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms

 Maintain relationships with OEMs and generate tender bidding documentations from OEMs within deadlines.

 Issue and track Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain vendor performance records

 Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical specifications

 Align procurement schedules with project timelines and production cycles

 Evaluate landed cost, bulk pricing, and warranty coverage Import & Off-Site Procurement

 Coordinate with overseas suppliers for specialized component imports

 Handle customs documentation, freight forwarding, and clearance processes





 Manage procurement for remote projects and installations

 Liaise with third-party logistics providers and warehouse partners

 Manage HS codes, incoterms, and customs clearance for technical components Inventory & Store Management

 Maintain accurate stock records using digital inventory systems

 Implement stock control procedures and conduct periodic audits

 Ensure safe storage and handling of sensitive and high-value items

 Forecast material requirements with engineering and R&D; teams Logistics & Dispatch

 Oversee inbound logistics, courier, and freight coordination

 Prepare and track delivery challans, e-way bills, and other statutory documents

 Ensure timely dispatch and maintain proof of delivery records

 Optimize transport routes for cost and efficiency

 Proactively follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve bottlenecks Technical Understanding

 Interpret technical drawings and specifications for accurate procurement

 Collaborate with tech teams to ensure sourcing meets project needs

 Stay updated on emerging technologies and supply chain innovations

Skillsets Needed

Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and inventory management principles Expertise in importing guidelines, import duties, shipping, and freight forwarding Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or custom platforms)



Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills Analytical skills to assess supplier performance and market trends Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement efficient storage and inventory systems Familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality control procedures in a warehouse setting.
