We’re Hiring | Supply Chain Manager

Meolaa is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join HIRA Fragrances , our growing D2C beauty and fragrance brand.

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Experience: 2–3 Years

CTC: ₹8–9 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for the brand.
- Drive demand and supply planning based on sales trends, business requirements, marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Manage SKU-level inventory planning, replenishment and stock allocation across D2C, marketplaces and quick-commerce channels.
- Ensure optimal inventory availability while controlling excess and ageing stock.
- Coordinate with production, procurement and vendors to ensure timely availability of finished goods and packaging materials.
- Manage warehouse and 3PL operations, including inwarding, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Monitor order fulfilment, delivery TAT, RTOs, NDRs and logistics performance.
- Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement and Warehouse teams to align supply with business requirements.
- Plan inventory requirements for campaigns, offers, seasonal demand and high-volume sales periods.
- Track and analyse key supply chain metrics including inventory turns, fill rate, OOS, ageing,



fulfilment TAT and logistics costs.
- Prepare regular MIS and dashboards to provide visibility on inventory and supply chain performance.
- Identify operational gaps and implement processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and minimise stock-outs.
- Build scalable supply chain processes and SOPs as HIRA Fragrances continues to grow.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, E-commerce Operations, Logistics or Fulfilment.
- Experience working with a D2C, FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care or E-commerce brand is preferred.
- Robust understanding of demand planning, inventory management, warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
- Experience with OMS/WMS/ERP platforms such as Unicommerce, Shopify, Increff, SAP, Zoho or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

About the Role:

- This role will have direct ownership of HIRA Fragrances' supply chain operations and will play an important role in ensuring product availability, smooth fulfilment and efficient inventory management as the brand scales across D2C and e-commerce channels.
