About Our Client Our client is one of India's fastest-growing D2C skincare brands, focused on delivering science-backed formulations tailored for melanin-rich skin. The organization is building a strong omnichannel presence across D2C, marketplaces, and retail, and is currently in a hyper-growth phase with significant scale ambitions.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be driving end-to-end supply chain operations (excluding procurement) and playing a critical role in enabling business scalability.

You will be

- Owning inventory planning, forecasting, and stock allocation across all channels - Managing warehouse operations, logistics planning, and distribution efficiency - Leading B2B sales fulfilment and ensuring strong service levels - Optimizing supply chain costs across multiple nodes and improving operational efficiencies - Partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketplace, and Operations teams for demand planning and execution - Building and tracking KPIs across channels including Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, and Q-commerce platforms - Leading and mentoring a team of 10-15 members,



including Assistant Managers and Executives - Driving data-driven decision-making through advanced Excel, dashboards, and analytics The Successful Applicant - 6-12 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or operations roles - Prior experience in D2C / consumer / startup environments, preferably at scale - Exposure to high-growth setups (₹150-200 Cr scale, high daily order volumes preferred) - Strong capability in inventory management, forecasting, and logistics optimization, has seen scale of 4k-5k orders per day in D2C setup - Proven team management experience with solid stakeholder collaboration skills - High analytical rigor with strong Excel and data handling expertise - Track record of stability and contribution during growth phases What's on Offer - Opportunity to work directly with founders and leadership in a high-impact role - Exposure to a hyper-scaling business growing at ~3x annually - End-to-end ownership of supply chain operations in a core business function - Strong career acceleration in a high-demand domain driven by rapid Q-commerce growth
