Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Management role based in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement planning, vendor coordination, and timely sourcing of materials to support manufacturing and distribution.

The Supply

Chain skilled will monitor inventory levels, track material movement, optimize stock replenishment, and ensure accurate documentation in line with company policies.

Responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply data,



identifying process improvements, managing logistics partners, and ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery targets. The role also requires close collaboration with production, finance, and sales teams, preparing regular reports, and supporting risk mitigation activities within the supply chain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management to effectively manage end-to-end material flow and stock levels.
- Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including vendor management, cost negotiation, and sourcing of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize supply chain performance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in SCM or logistics are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction materials supply chains, with knowledge of ERP systems and basic MS Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy under pressure, and adhere to safety, compliance, and ethical standards.
