- Having knowledge on electrical parts including EV-specific parts (BMS, Electric motors, Switches, IBU, ACU, wiring harnesses, and headlamps, etc.…

(Min 6 Years of experience in handling electrical parts)

- Exposure to PCB assembly processes-SMT Manufacturing (Stencil printing, Component placing, Reflow soldering, AOI/EOL, Testing etc.).

- Collaborate with NPD/Production / Supplier teams and Identify root causes and implement robust corrective and preventive actions at the supplier’s end.

- Monitor Vehicle Assy FTTQ Inline /Field Issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives at supplier end.

- Having Robust knowledge in AIAG Core tools (SPC,MSA,PFMEA,CP,APQP).

- Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.

- Managing T1, T2~Tn Suppliers,



Plan/Conduct regular audits at supplier end to validate process & product.

- Ensure compliance and assist suppliers with adherence to the Quality Management System (IATF16949/ISO9001).
